“The plastic brown colored bottle is convenient. I like that you can adjust the dose with this liquid. I cannot take the full 3mg dose. I stay around 1 mg. On the Internet read that lower doses are more effective for sleep. And I found that to be true. I also like that this does not contain alcohol. I am satisfied with this brand but still haven’t found the right combination yet to help me get the right amount of sleep. I will try this with this brand’s IR/XR melatonin next and see if that will be the right combo for me.”
