I think Isle Blue was convenient however, some things need to be updated. First, all pricing should be changed to the most recent pricing. We were told $60 per person per day for food when it is actually about $90 per person per day. You have to take into account the type of meals you would like to eat and the type of drinks you'd prefer including alcohol. We bought our alcohol ourselves which saved us some money but you have to take into account everything including having leftovers. My group loves higher-priced meals so unless you want chicken every day, I'd budget anywhere from $90 - $100 per person per day for food, drinks, snacks and any pre-provisioning. Our driver "O' Dean" was a joy to have! The cost for the driver was changed at the last minute to $140 per day, however, they honored the price we were originally quoted of $114 per day so we tipped him well as he deserved! As for the villa itself, it resembled the pictures and the rooms were nice. The pool was okay and had a massive drop to 8ft after about 6 steps in so that ruined our planned water volleyball game that we ended up taking to the resort across the street. Needless to say, we stayed on floats and towards the 4-5ft area. I also feel like the grounds could have been better kept around the pool. There were ants in an umbrella that we couldn't use until it was sprayed down and just around the pool needed a good sweep. To have a groundskeeper/pool guy, I was expecting it to be better kept. My husband and I had the master room and I was NOT a fan of the night bugs that were coming from the ceiling and the lights, the smell of the shower drain that filled the bathroom every shower and unfortunately the geckos that were in our room. I couldn't sleep peacefully at all after day 3, especially once we walked in on 2 baby geckos running across our bed. There were A TON of mosquitos so bring PLENTY of bug spray. Plenty. I can't stress that enough... I read a prior review and thought we brought enough but no. It needs to be worn as a body spray, unfortunately. Don't leave anything sweet out either... the ants and whatever those little small bugs were will have a field day. Overall, we had a good trip considering plus the staff was cool. Shoutout to Adrian, Chef Marcus, our lovely housekeepers, masseuses and our driver who was on time all the time and never late!! I'd be lying if I said I wasn't disappointed and expecting more from seeing the pictures however we learned we like being up high, right by the ocean, and not surrounded by tons of trees.

Dear Marlissa, I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to express my gratitude for your valuable feedback. Your comments have proven to be incredibly helpful in our ongoing efforts to enhance our guests' experiences. Regarding the budget for chef service and food, we typically advise our guests that food costs can run around an estimated cost of $65-75 per day per adult. However, we provide a caveat that it depends on the menu selections and individual consumption preferences. The prices for the services provided by the villa are determined by the villa itself and not by our company. We always make sure to relay the latest information provided by the property accurately. Nevertheless, please be aware that these prices are subject to change. Should any adjustments occur, we will do our utmost to advocate on behalf of our guests and secure the best possible pricing. Once again, thank you for your valuable input, and we are genuinely committed to making your stay as enjoyable and seamless as possible. If you have any further questions or need assistance with anything else, please don't hesitate to reach out.

Villa Rosa was more beautiful than the pictures. Pictures alone don't do it justice. It's a gorgeous property. The staff was peaceful and pleasant. Adryan, Mark, and Donna were so gracious. As beautiful as the villa and the excellent staff are, there is still room for improvement. 1. The streaming app SONOS is a bit of an annoyance. It would be best if guests could just use Bluetooth and stream from their own devices. Not the SONOS app. 2. Cut a small opening into the wall to access the hot tub. A few guests scraped their legs, and one fell over. It's hazardous. 3. Bidet in each bathroom. Bidets are now portable and can be adhered to existing toilets in less than 10 minutes. There are plenty of options on Amazon 4. The last and most inconvenient problem was the need for cash. Please find a way to pay staff and drivers digitally or via credit cards. Carrying large amounts of cash can be dangerous and increases the risk of losing money. It was a hassle doing Daily runs to the ATM machines to accumulate large amounts of cash; paying for a trip to the atm, plus ATM fees, became a daily interruption of relaxation. Our guests mentioned that the cash requirement was a definite deterrent.
