“The villa itself is breathtaking and beautiful. Beware of crazy mosquitos everywhere. All of us had really bad bites all over our bodies. The repellent they provide definitely does not work. I’ve rented villas all over the world, this is the first time no breakfast, lunch or dinner was included. If you use a chef service than you have a pay substantial amount for the chefs, service fee, VAT fee plus the cost of the three or two course meal, which is not cheap by any means. We stuck with eating at the Cliff restaurant, ordering pizza and eating in Rodney Bay. The issues we had were with the resort itself. Restaurant had dishes with explanations listed on the menu and when you receive the food there are ingredients missing that were listed on the menu. Just not consistent. And also we had four vegetarians with us that received meat in their dishes. That was the private dinner arranged at The Rock. Another issue was our private boat charter, the concierge stated there would be Rum Punch, Soft Drinks and Snacks. We got absolutely nothing but Piton Beer and water. A few of the ladies in our group don’t drink. How on earth would one think we could go by without food and drinks for 4 hours on a private charter we spent $1200 on? We also had an issue upon check out when they stated the villa rental was not paid in full by Isle Blue Villas. They wouldn’t let us leave. We showed them receipts, emails etc. as we prepaid in full prior to arrival. After a long wait and finally them resolving it, they stated yes it was paid in full. No apology, nothing. Another thing to note is the Spa, it’s in a little room off on the side. It’s not within a facility. So no steam room, sauna rooms, lounging area or private jacuzzi. Other than that the property itself is stunning and beautiful. If they can iron out a few things, and communicate with each other it would be a great recommendation for my clients.”
