“Please take note of the following issues with the Encore villa: - The air conditioning in the main house was not functioning properly. - The light under the cabinets on the left side of the kitchen was not working, making the area very dark, especially at night. - One of the six fans in the lanai area was not working. - The weights in the gym and the edges of the mirror were rusted. - The can opener in the kitchen was also rusted and needs to be replaced. - Hand soap was only provided in 2 out of the 6 bedrooms. - The water pressure was low for the first 5 days of our stay. - The internet connectivity was poor, and the concierge, Giovanni informed us that it was also a general issue on the island. This was not true. - The outdoor grill area was rusted and not maintained. Considering the cost of almost $10,000 for the week, it was disappointing that the air conditioning and internet were not functioning properly, and that several amenities were rusted. I would not recommend staying here. I suggest finding a villa or hotel that maintains their property better.”

“Encore was georgous with spacious rooms. Merline was awesome and made our stay so enjoyable. The only negative was the wifi being very spotty as we needed to work while we were there.”

“Perfect for 6 bedroom families. All 10-12 of us can be in the kitchen at the same time. Each bedroom is spacious, much better than most rentals. Outstanding views.”
