“I found the course informative, but very slow going, numerous activities given large chunks of time not needed it felt to extend the course over a day. I would have preferred to be given a better idea of the structure of the day - maybe provided with written examples to go away with and utilise. This was not really covered, also looking for non conformities. We completed a fake audit and gave our findings as a group but werent told if we were correct or not.”
