“Looks great except average MPG does not work, stuck at 16.2 mpg. Contacted your company about this and was told to try it for several weeks and miles. This time has elapsed and still have stuck MPG. MPG functioned well with old cluster.”

Hi Ralph, if your problem has not resolved then we recommend contacting us. Some times the needles move during shipping and the onboard computer chips will help correct things. If that is not happening then we are here to help. Be sure that your connector is free or dirt or debris. Last make sure the connector is pushed in firmly so that you have a solid connection. Please email us at support@issautomotive.com in order to get support. Remember that your part is under lifetime warranty.

“I ordered this instrument cluster because the old one was causing a battery drain. The new one works well, however, the returning core instructions stated the core should not be damaged in any way, such as cracks. The replacement came with a crack. I had no time to return it, I installed it anyway. I guess I won't be able to return your replacement should I need to replace the instsument cluster again.”
