“Great company, great experience. Professional, timely communications, response, & shipping. Excellent product. Works exactly as described. Plug and play. Even pre-programmed with Bluetooth for my iphone! My 2014 XTS required a different procedure to remove & replace than one shown on website, but other videos on u-tube showed correct procedure. VERY pleased with this product. Will definitely do business with ISS again for all future needs!”

“The CUE system I purchased from you was top notch and works great. Only one time the screen went blank and re-connected itself once I got home (about 2 weeks ago). Your service to provide refurbished CUE systems is a blessing considering that it would have cost me about $1,700 if my local Cadillac dealership took care of it's replacement. I will use you again when needed and highly recommend ISS.”

“Replaced a Cadillac CUE Infotainment. ISS was extremely helpful, provided the exact replacement and shipped quickly. The unit was programmed to the VIN and worked perfectly saving $700 from OEM replacement. Service was outstanding. Highly recommend the company. Than you ISS. Dean A.”
