“Tahoe dash went out, I found ISS Automotive online and ordered the replacement using my VIN. It showed up quickly and in perfect condition. I installed it and used the prepaid shipping label to send back the bad one. Had one issue with a "Suspension System" warning with the new dash, called ISS and they said it was a programming thing, differences in the submodels that aren't VIN specific. They sent another dash out immediately with the correct programming and another prepaid label at no charge. Installed that dash and good to go!!! GREAT PRODUCT AND CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!”

“I ordered my gauge cluster with expedited shipping and was pleasantly surprised the gauge arrived a bit earlier then expected. Installation was very easy. The gauges work great and everything looks brand new.”

“the 1st unit they sent me had features on it my vehicle did not, i simply made a call, told them the issue and they sent me a new one with correct features on it. the customer service is why i give them 5 stars. It was easy and no hassle at all. the unit works just fine and I am pleased with the product but the customer service was excellent. 4 stars for unit, the 5th is for such fast and hassle free problem solving.”
