“Excellent Customer Service, Extremely knowledgeable, They got it Down Perfect. Knew exactly what I needed when I gave them the VIN , The Mechanic shop said the cluster was not available and I would have to order from Dealer and they wanted $400 for labor . After talking with ISS they gave me perfect details of how easy it was to replace. I ordered the part, I removed my old instrument cluster and installed the new one in less than 30min. I started the vehicle All gauges and instruments lights worked. Thanks to ISS I saved $400”

“I had tried to repair my cluster myself to no avail. I didn’t know that I could get a refurbished unit for a fraction of the cost of a new installed unit from the dealership. I anxiously awaited two weeks for the delivery of my refurbished unit and installed it myself and am very satisfied. I am sure that I will have another opportunity to use this merchant again and highly recommend them.”
