“i've been nurseing this old GMC along for a few years and finally the instrument cluster broke, I asked my local mech shop how much it would be ,, as suspected too much ,,I found your team on the website and the rest is history ,, great job , replaced it myself and it works as it supposed to ,, happy customer with an old GMC ,”

“The replacement cluster arrived with the correct mileage and upon start up all gauges functioned. The PRNDL in the replacement was visible so I can see it in even daylight hours. The replacement came in a box with molded styrofoam the ends of the cluster slide into so it doesn’t touch the top, bottom and sides. I used the same packing to return my original unit but was concerned it would be damaged. Instructions said to wrap iyour return in bubble wrap, but the replacement wasn’t and there was a rip in the box upon arrival. I just returned my unit using the same packaging, but did a better job taping it up before taking it to the post office. Although I have had the replacement unit installed for some time, I have yet to use my vehicle after dark to verify the backlighting is functioning. If there is an issue with the backlight I am sure they will stand behind correcting it.”
