“Well, unfortunately, the vehicle owner was crashed into and totaled it before we got the truck back into the shop for the cluster replacement. When I called and explained to the representative, they were very understanding and gladly refunded my money upon return of the cluster. We will be using this company again in the future.”

“It was a perfect replacement. It fit exactly and everything works. ISS was easy to work with. The new panel arrived quickly and was undamaged. It was easy to send my old panel to ISS, and they promptly informed me when they received it and when the warranty began. I give ISS my highest and most enthusiastic recommendation!”
