“Works great! sent my unit in as some things on the touch screen did not work. The turnaround from the time I sent it, to the time I received it was about 6 days, 2 of which were Sat and Sun. I think this company did a great job! I definitely recommend ISS price was fair also”

“Overall it was an easy process to order the repair for my Cadillac 2013 CUE touch screen and the finished repair was awesome. The new screen is much more responsive to touch and faster than the original! I have had my console, with the new upgraded CUE screen, installed in my Caddy now for several months and am only getting happier with it as time goes by. I was apprehensive, for sure, to pay the repair cost upfront online, pay to ship the console to ISS, and then wait a few days for notification that ISS had received it. However, my console was then expertly repaired by ISS and shipped out the same day! Well worth the bit of customer effort and the overall cost for repair by ISS for the upgraded CUE screen!”
