After I received 3 defective clusters with issues from the inside of the lens being wrapped and distorted to the dome light not working to warning lights not working right I have sent the cluster to someone else to be repaired correctly and have requested a refund

Hi Don, sorry that you had issues with several clusters. As you know electronics can be a tricky thing with Ford. Please keep us posted if it ends up being another issue. There is a module in FORD called the GEM which can cause issues. Regarding the lens, you would use your own. We provide lens swap instructions. We have this noted on our website. If your other electronics work after installation but then start failing later then can be related to another module or wiring issues. We would highly recommend you go to a repair shop to have things looked out for since you have received 3 clusters. Sorry again that our clusters didn't solve things for you. Can see ref to GEM here, it's worth also testing https://moduleexperts.com/gem-modules/
