“The unit I received was defective. The screen worked fine but the touch-sensitive buttons underneath did not. It was a lot of trouble to install and then uninstall and ship it back so I was disappointed. I did not want to reinstall mine and live without a screen while waiting for a replacement, so I ordered just the screen from elsewhere. Installing it was easier than I thought and I saved $360. My purchase price for the defective unit was refunded.”

“I deliberately did not write a review about the ISS CUE touch screen because I was waiting to see if there would be any glitches, error codes, or just the CUE system not working properly. I am happy to report ISS CUE is working as advertised! It truly was just plug-and-play, and easy to install. My new CUE system looks brand new as though it was the original from the dealer. I am extremely happy with ISS Automotive and its level of customer support and service. I wouldn't hesitate to use their products in the future or recommend them to friends and family. Thank you ISS Automotive!”

“My stereo in my 2013 SRX randomly started cracking and becoming unresponsive, I ordered this, it came quickly. Wasn’t overly hard to install and a month later, I have no complaints. Saved me $500 over my local Cadillac dealerships replacement quote.”
