“Ordered the radio for my wife’s 2015 Cadillac SRX. It arrived as scheduled, that evening I took my iPad out to the car with the tools required. In less than 20 minutes, I had the old radio out, and the new one installed. It worked, and continues to work flawlessly. Will recommend this unit to anyone who asks.”

“Just when you think you're in for a pretty expensive fix, along comes ISS. I replaced the CUE system in my Cadillac CTS for a fraction of the cost compared to what a dealer would have charged. “Dealer said $1300 / 90 day warranty. You sold me CUE for $484. Took my grandson and me about an hour to replace. EASY with your YOUTUBE video. And now I have a life time warranty. It’s my wife’s car and she is very happy! Happy wife - happy life!!!!”

“The touch screen ac down button does not work. Only the up button to raise the gram level. I’m very upset receiving a defective product. I paid to have installation and not only does the ab down button not work the phone charger area in the console does not work either.”
