“The CUE replacement system was an exact fit and easy installation. Found a YouTube video for my make and model Cadillac that gave detailed instructions on the removal and installation of the unit. The original CUE unit had chrome touch bars and the replacement is black-chrome instead, which is not a perfect match to the original but otherwise it still looks good and works perfectly. The unit was packaged well and arrived on-time. Just dropped my old unit back in the shipping box, put the new shipping label on and dropped it off at UPS.”

“This was by far the easiest replacement I have done. It took me about 2 hours to fully replace my CUE system, and was I happy that it fixed my problem. I could have paid over 1200 dollars to have it done but I have to work for a living. Thank you for delivering a fine product.”

“I would recommend this company to anyone looking to replace your cue touchscreen i call them and ordered part which i received quickly customer service was curious and no problems with the part I returned my old part and received a lifetime warranty the whole experience was non stressful and most appreciated”
