“After purchasing a 2013 Cadillac CUE Radio Touchscreen Infotainment Nav Replacement, I must say that I was pleasantly surprised. For one, the rep that led me thru the process was thoroughly knowledgeable and helpful; then the fast delivery service caught me off guard. I was expecting it at least a week before I received it, but it got to my home in California in a couple days. The packaging prevented any damage to the product, so like I said I was pleasantly surprised and satisfied!”

“About 3 weeks ago I revived my radio display and installed it but it doesn't respond immediately when I try to touch the screen it becomes very slow also when I navigate the entire map it makes me see it in another position and it confuses me when following the instructions, everything works but it is very slow it does not react fast I feel that it is a used radio or it needs to be updated I do not know, can you give me some suggestions. Thanks”
