“I bought a 2016 CTS a few months ago and noticed the spider web crack in the corner when i bought it. I figured it wouldn't get bigger, it was really small and not blocking anything. Then about a month after purchase I noticed my lower middle part of the screen, the touch function was not processing. This would be a issue for trying to touch certain things. So I started to search for fixes and how much would cost to replace my center unit. Dealer wanted $1500+ to replace and install!!! I said oh helll nahhh there has to be a cheaper way. After an hour of research I came across ISS site. Found the icue unit for my car. The price was very reasonable and I paid for faster processing and car plastic tools. I received my unit In I wanna say 2 days, maybe even a day in a half...it was really fast!! Installing was not very hard at all either. I used their video and then a few others online for reference. Taking my time the taking out old and installing new unit took about 90 mins. I tested it out and everything worked! I felt so good knowing I installed it myself and saved alot of money! The new screen looks good and clear. Only thing i noticed it may not be as bright as my first screen but that could just be my eyes. Also the back lighting for all the other lil buttons like a/c and what not may have seemed a lil bit dimmer than my first unit. For the price and speed of shipping I couldn't be happier! They have a warranty as long as you ship your old unit back which I did. Thanks again ISS!!!!”
