“Had a great experience with ISS. The replacement unit was sent overnight with a prepaid label for the return. I had the old unit removed and replaced in an hour with my local stereo shop. The new unit looks great and does everything it’s supposed to. I’d definitely use ISS again. Great work, Team ISS!!!”

“I have a 2016 Cadillac Escalade and the cue was acting up ( programming the radio stations on its own, turning the a/c seats on automatically, turning volume up/down on its own) it was horrible and thought about bringing it to the dealership to have them look at it. After some research we found ISS Automotive and the reviews were great and the price sounded a whole lot better than the dealership. We ordered it, had it within 1 week, installed it and returned the old one back with the shipping paperwork it came with. I forgot to get a receipt when I mailed it back so I reached out VIA email as I was slightly panicked as I wanted to make sure I was going to get the lifetime warranty and the response I got was within hours and so reassuring it made me feel so much better. Needless to say I haven’t had any issues with my CUE!”

“Great price on this CUE Touchscreen Replacement. Got it for about 1/3 of what GM would sell it for and it has a lifetime limited warranty! It works great, no complaints. I would definately recommend this product!”

“If i ever have to order one for my other suv it will diffidently be from here. from the order the the install it’s the best place to do business . From the time mine went out until i put the replacement in it was only 2 weeks. 3 days later after sending mine in I got the email for my warranty.”
