“I had been driving around with a severely cracked screen on my original Cadillac Cue Radio. The radio was no longer functioning as designed. Although cracked screens is a known problem with this radio, Cadillac refuses to replace it. They wanted to charge me $1200 for a new one. A friend recommended your site to purchase a replacement unit for my 2014 XTS. The website was easy to navigate. Once the order was placed, it was quickly delivered. They also provided a return label for the damaged equipment. All of this for a fraction of the cost and a lifetime warranty. I am really pleased with the new system.”
