“Received my case last week for the new Apple Watch Ultra. Love the case, adds all round protection to the watch face and casing. Annoyingly the inside of case on the face was all scratched and it does affect the look of my watch face. Reached out to iStrap but have had no response. Great product, not so great customer care though.”
