We did not know at the time of ordering that the strap was out of stock. The delivery timeframe said ‘next day delivery’. We emailed after about a week, as we’d had not been advised of dispatch.
All correspondence was AI, so questions weren’t answered. They kept advising me to check my junk mail folder. There was nothing there.
Once dispatched the strap arrived within 2-3 days. All up we waited 3+ weeks for the strap.”
