“I recently purchased this magnetic strap. As soon as I put the watch on the band would come off form normal everyday movement. From day one I emailed to say the band was faulty and kept coming off. By the second day the watch fell off and my watch screen smashed. I returned the strap for a refund and my refund was rejected because it was dirty and damaged. I had the band for 2 days and it was damaged because it kept coming off. Very disappointed in this product and the service I received. I’m not only without a band but needed to pay for a new screen $160. Terrible service”
