“I bought 4 items with the next day delivery. It did arrive 4 days later which I accept but one item was the wrong size and then became aware that there is no way to contact this company. No phone or email contact possible. I did the return at my postage expense as per the limited automated system, but had no response. And when I have tried to login since my login now does not work and I cannot reset the password either as no email arrives when I request to change the password. As I cannot contact them there is no way to use the credit I should have. Absolutely useless. Totally absent customer service. I hope they will contact me and rectify and then I will be happy to update this review. order no 7231307”
