“Ivanhoe cycles were good - comms, delivery etc. The cassette is really bad though. Firstly, it's not compatible with all wheels - the adaptor rubbed badly on my Zipp 30 endcap making it unusable on that set. Secondly, it grinds and changes poorly - even with a new chain and an oversized hangar, multiple adjustments etc. I wish I'd read reviews elsewhere. Don't buy this product.”
