I have severe dietary restrictions, and this is the one snack I can eat. But even if I could eat any snack I wanted, I would choose this product over everything else. They have fantastic flavor, great crunch, and, as an added bonus, plenty of fiber. I consider it the perfect snack. I sometimes eat them as my side dish when I don't have time to cook vegetables.
