I would have given these five stars but I'm so unaccustomed to eating unsalted foods. My taste buds need time to adjust. In a few weeks my taste buds will be cheering more loudly.
Salt is added to so many products, and cooked in unhealthy oils. Jackson's chips are full of flavor of pure sweet potatoes (no rice flour, corn, cassava, tapioca, etc added) and fried in healthier coconut oil (not canola, sunflower, safflower, vegetable, etc.)! The only sweet potato chip, as far as I know, that has that level of purity. I'll keep buying and eating the no salt, coconut oil version on a regular basis. Without the salt I don't crave the chips, but I do enjoy the taste and look forward to them. Thank you Jacksons for making this delicious snack.
Two small things would improve them: (1) a baked version so there's less fat added and (2) perhaps ripple them so they're stronger and less crumbly.”
