“My friend and I are trying to reduce the amount of sugar intake we have. It's actually pretty hard to do since there's sugar or added sugar in a lot of what is on the shelves at stores. Many starchy foods (bread/potatoes/rice/pasta) convert to sugar in our bodies after we eat them. These Jackson's sweet potato chips have no added sugar at all...just sweet potatoes, avocado oil and sea salt. They are DELICIOUS and allow us to still have something crunchy in our diet! They are a GAME CHANGER...I'm hooked!!”
