“The accommodation was ok however the only toilet in Japan that didn't have a Bidet . The kitchen and bathroom were terrible in design and there was a constant noise from a generator or heat pump that kept cutting in and out all night. The kids room with bunks had the tiniest cupboard space for 2 young adults so it was difficult for them to have enough room to move. Definitely not ski in ski out so not sure why that was mentioned. No convenient stores close by so getting supplies was difficult. After stay in Rusitsu and Neiseko our entire group voted never to return to Hakuba.”

“Nice apartment but the bathrooms are seriously extremely small. Because of that I think you need to install more hooks and shelves etc to make it more useable, for example, the shampoo bottles are just on the floor inside the shower, I think you can put them up in a basket or shelf, similarly, install hooks for bath towels. Also, I think given there is a laundry it is important to have laundry baskets. These are all inexpensive items but would make a huge difference for those staying there.”
