“Great family hotel in a winter wonderland, where staff did everything to make our stay comfortable Whilst, it was a little away from the centre, the shuttles running to all mountains and to the restaurants in the evenings, made it feel so convenient. Looking forward to the next trip.”

“Sierra Resort Hotel is 5 STARS and I would recommend it to anyone planning a ski/snow holiday. The amenities, service, staff were just top notch. My wife and I could not fault it... a lot of things unlimited and unlimited onsen? What more can you ask for??? The staff were amazing, helpful, and lovely. The breakfast, lunch, and dinners offered were all world-class. We wanted to come back as soon as we left the premises. Everything was amazing. Thank you to all the lovely people in the hotel that we have interacted with, and to everyone working behind the scenes, your hard work is paying off.”
