“great location to access restaurants in the evening and close access to the gondolas and ski lift. Breakfast was freshly prepared and staff was very friendly. The family room was a bit small and it seems that they had to remove any storage to add another bed to that was a bit of a problem. we had to have pile of clothes on the floor. Nice Onsen to compensate very small bathrooms.”

“Wifi was very poor, few choices for breakfast. Cleaning was also so so, we registered for 3 persons and paid price for 3 persons, but we always got two towels. We had to ask front desk for another one.”
