Thanks, Anthony, for your feedback. I can not agree more with you. This wrap is a budget line, and most customers find it very soft and stretchy, however, if you compare it with our bamboo products, it won’t be as soft. The other hat you have purchased was made of bamboo material, which is ultra-soft and moisture-wicking; however, it is a lot dearer. Please feel free to let me know if you need more help from us or return it for a refund.
