It took exactly one week from when I placed my order to when it arrived in the mail. The jug is beautiful. The pictures they post of it on their website are the exact color of the jug. I bought this because it was super cute and I needed something to help me stay on track with drinking the amount of water I need in a day. It really has helped with that!
