“I am extremely disappointed! I received the bottle with dents and a big crack in it. I live internationally so I would expect that they would put a bit of padding to prevent this happening. I am still waiting to hear back from J80 about if I will get an exchange. It’s really sad because the colour is gorgeous and I love the style of it.”
