“the control arms are nice and well designed, with replaceable ball joint. the bushings were a little tough to get installed into the mounting slots but they did get installed and worked great . by jeep design you can't removed the UCA easily with suspension spring in place and using a super lift setup makes it more cumbersome to remove to replace the bushings but a dirty job that has to be done to have fun. My first set of bushings worked well until I made a trip to MOAB with my JK buddies and got talked into some of the more grueling trails that maybe are not for a commander like Pritchett Canyon, Cane Creek, Moab Rim, Behind the Rock but I surprisingly I completed them with the use of winches etc. and the jeep drove over 1k miles back to Texas with no breakdowns. for sure the bushing got pushed beyond their limits and allowed the control arm to have play at the top and the spindle would walk back and fourth under and off load. after removing them and ordering a new set of bushings you could see the old bushings were very compressed and did not return to their set shape and allowed the play even the spacer tube just drops through them. called JBA for the undustrial strength bushing I was told these should have held up and it was probably wrong grease type or improper install. im not a chemical engineer and not going to argue the chemistry matter of the wrong grease used. now I'm on my second set of bushings and using the correct exact red grease recommended from mobile1and installed exactly per instructions. Note : I will not be attempting those aforementioned trails at Moab on this Jeep anytime soon. Hopefully can explore other less demanding trails and these new bushing will fair well and have long life, JBA was very responsive and has a good product they stand by it so im sticking with them hopefully I don't destroy these bushing anytime soon. I know they won't last forever but hopefully I can get some years out of them”
