“Love the product, looks great before and after install! Shipping was fast and packaging was very well done. The "extras" included in the box are a very good touch with alot of meaning behind them!
I personally learned of the product from a group on FB and the only bad comments were the washers, and soon found out why! I am a mechanic going on 17 yr so I have the tools and experience to make it easier but the everyday person is definitely haveing some problems.
I'm not saying it's a bad design because you have the ability to adjust caster if you wanted to but maybe give the option of having the thinner shim/washers or just one large spacer for each side.
