I received my upper control arms for my 2008 Jeep Liberty yesterday. I was very impressed by their quality and finish. Obviously a great deal of thought and care went into their design and manufacturing. The pervading feeling of solidity and sturdiness, along with visually beautiful welds, made me feel confident in the strength and durability of the product. The accompanying certificate of lifetime warranty looked pretty enough to frame! I was equally impressed by the color instruction manual, packet of grease, and several JBAoffroad logo stickers.
All in all, the attention to detail from Sales right through manufacturing and packaging made me feel very confident in my purchase. I look forward to warmer weather in the spring so that I may finally install them on my Jeep.
