“Product is great, well built and the customer service even better. Received several communications about product/updates that make the purchase experience great. Unfortunately JBA UCA being removed from WK2 (2in front) after 2 weeks install from 4WParts. Bad- can’t get rid of squeaks, headlight level adapter disconnects on daily drives, inside of JBA UCA makes contact with strut spring seat at full droop splitting the rubber. Headed to Big Bend in 2 weeks and can’t take the chance with the JBA UCA installed, that’s not good.
Looks cool... but BUMMED it’s not gonna work and there aren’t returns.

“I posted a review and got a response saying to install the washers but I'm hear to tell you my kit for my 2014 jeep grand cherokee did not come with 4 washers.”
“My uca's are very very squeakey. I noticed I don't have room for a washer so is their anyway to stop the squeaking from the bushings rubbing onto the metal ?”
“I didn't think it was a big deal replacing UCAs on a lifted GC until I noticed the outer tread on the tire was wearing out faster than the inner tread. I saw the reviews on this product and wished I'd installed them sooner...at least I'll be prepared on the next set of tires and wheels! Email support was awesome and the instructions are straight forward. Pay attention to the instructions...lube those bushings! :p”
“I was ASE Certified in Suspension and Steering in the past, so I've had a lot of experience working on suspensions. I give that for reference for my review, but overall these were pretty easy to install on a 2015 WK2. By far the worse part is accessing the nut on the driver side rear, engineers saw fit to bury it behind a number of things which made it hard to access. Instructions were included to assemble the bushings and ball joint to the UCA, but mine came pre-assembled, that was nice and sped up the install for sure. Shipping was super fast all the way from PA to TX even during the pandemic. These also fixed an alignment problem I was having after installing an RRO lift, could never get the caster in specs on the passenger side. However after installing these, had no problem with that any more! To me that was one of the best benefits, that and a better, easily replaceable upper ball joint. Haven't got to use it off road since installing yet but no doubts they can handle whatever I want to do. Greasable bushings are a nice touch to help eliminate any squeaking. Only thing I would recommend is either a stamp or a sticker on the UCA indicating which UCA goes on which side, because it's possible to install them backwards if you aren't paying attention. Both will technically fit in either side, but they are not symmetrical and should only go on the proper side.”
“I’d almost say these should be a required upgrade to any Jeep WK2. Spent a year driving with only a RC lift, it was, it was painful and costly as the tires wore and rubbed.
Installed the JBA UCA and have since logged a thousand miles with the 33” tires, through snow, sand, mud, rocks, city and freeway: no complaints, only a superior ride, restored control, no rub, no drift, absolutely perfect.”
