“I had to order these because of improper service by my local dealer, when they (JBA) realized they didn’t have any in stock, they sent me whole new ball joints. They didn’t even ask for the difference in cost or tell me what happened, I just opened my package and there they were. When I saw that they were not just the rebuild kit I contacted them to see what happened and pay the difference. They said not to worry about it. These guys really look out for their customers. I will always give them my business when I need to purchase anything they sell.”
