“Purchase my JBA in July 2020. Got my UCA in August 2020. In November 2020, my rubber boots crack and tier. I contact JBA and they send me a replacement parts. Got the replacement parts in December 2020. In Late February just before I plan to go on a camping trip. The rubber boots had already shown signs of the rubber tiering. I contacted JBA for the 2nd time about the rubber boots. They said that they are in the process of getting a "better and stronger product from Canada". Waited since and had not heard anything and its May of 2021. Due to the defect of the rubber boots since I got the UCA, I hardly utilized my truck for any off road to test out the UCA function. I only derive my truck on some occasion and its not a daily driven truck. I hope the quality will be much better with this new and improved rubber boots that JBA is saying.”
“These boots are nice at first but it did not take long for them to start cracking and one of them actually has a big hole in it now after 5 months. Seems like the material is just poor quality as I grease the joints regularly.”
