“I'd give this 3.5 stars. It's easy to apply and grips well. I used it to bond vinyl on concrete, in this case on a vertical surface. It stuck well but had to be held in place whilst setting, my piece of stairwell trim vinyl was a large piece so perhaps the weight of the vinyl was the issue here, in some areas it came away but overall this adhesive is good on small pieces of vinyl or when laying down to horizontal surfaces.”
