“Unfortunately these Crocs were not wide enough for me and I returned them be Signed for Post on 10 June. You kindly acknowledged you had received them and would action a refund to my new card details, given to you on the telephone on 14 June. Hopefully this has now arrived in my bank account and I would like to say again how impressed with the service you gave me. I will certainly be looking out for your newsletter in future.
