“I purchased a size 11 pair of crocs for my partner whose size is UK 10. They were way too small and I sent them back and I then purchased a size 13 but then came back wat too big. So again I had to send them back and buy him another pair. I feel it should've been made clear in the website as this cost me more money and unnecessary hassle.”
