“Excellent customer service. Confusion with Crocs sizing and they came the wrong size. Telephone customer service was brilliant - she understood the issue and arranged for new pair to be sent out by return including postage paid bag for the return of the first pair, without need to reorder and pay a second time. Really nice company to deal with and the shoes are good too!”
