Using clean shampoo and conditioner can take some getting used to as we don’t use any of the harsh sulfates and chemicals that create suds. We get so used to thick, foamy, sudsy products when in actuality those things are not good for your hair.
You definitely do not need to use a lot of it, a few pumps focusing on your scalp and then allowing the water to wash the product down your hair is the best for cleansing and you will not get a very sudsy feel. This is perfectly normal.
