I received it 2 weeks ago and can already feel the difference, even though I'm terrible at keeping up with this every night, but I can say it truly works! My only issue is that the time freeze is sooo small ���� it's been 2 weeks and I don't feel I put enough every time because I don't want to finish it. Just wish you could upgrade that to last way longer ��������
