On August 10, 2024, I ordered the following items:
1) Gepersonaliseerde Labels - FC Jeune Premier
2) Ergomaxx - FC Jeune Premier - Ergomaxx
3) Gevulde pennendoos - FC Jeune Premier
On August 19, 2024, the were delivered to me "Ergomaxx FC Jeune Premier" and "Gevulde pennendoors FC", but it has not been delivered to me to this day "Gepersonaliseerde Labels - FC Jeune Premier" .So, the product has not been delivered to me for 26 days. I wrote an email to which no one answered, I sent a message through the Facebook page, but my inquiries were ignored.
I would like to mention that my child has started school, and I still haven't received the product, nor do I even know if the product that was paid for 26 days ago will be delivered to me.

“I paid 30€ for personalized name stickers. They spelled the last name incorrectly. Therefore I had to pay 15€ for shipping and almost 8€ for the return shipment of something that was shipped faulty. This is the second time something incorrectly came from Jeune Premier and it was definitely my last purchase. Not worth it, most certainly not. I paid 23€ for shipping and 30€ for not correctly printed stickers from the company. I will not be using them again.”
