“Our first time ever having buffalo. I am from Wisconsin and on dairy farms and get our beef from friends and family on dairy farms. I would definitely rate this right up there. The filet and ribeyes are excellent and very very tender. I bought a prime rib as well and will be cooking that this weekend. Would definitely recommend.”
“Grilled roast on our propane gas Weber on Saturday using The Fort Restaurant's approach, that we adapted to the Weber. We grilled to an internal temp of about 132, and allowed a 15 minute rest period. Results were outstanding and over the top! Many thanks.”
