“The variety packet is great, the box lasts me through the month, one bar gets me through a 6 hour work shift and these are great snacks for pre or post workout at the gym too. Every flavour tastes good, even the cherry bar was nice which suprised me.”
“I didn't know what to expect, I had tried Plenny Shake years ago but they weren't for me. The bars, on the other hand, are very good and leave me with a sense of satiety (obviously not like a complete meal, but they are much more than a snack). The flavour is also very good!”
