“So far I'm impressed with this introduction! Loved the bars the most (salty caramel for now). Feel saciated after the recommended portion for 4 or more hours, and feel great if I just continue replacing one metal a day with one of the products. Definitely going to purchase more and different flavours. The shake is really fun to use and the drinks are the most time saving for when you're on the run.
with the combo of 3 options it really feels you're variating a lot. A different take on the healthy perspective - they are great for hangovers :-)”

Shakes are easy to make, just add water and give your arm a bit of a workout. Also works well with plant milk if you want a fuller texture. Personally I use water and a ripe banane and mix it all up in a power blender. Love the strawberry and banana flavours, mango seems to have a less pronounced taste but is also nice.
Not a big fan of the drinks (not too big on the chocolate and really don't like the vanilla) - so I won't be adding them to future orders unless the better flavours are added to the line.
The bars are really filling and are great for lunch, I eat them within minutes - but my wife usually nibbles on them for a while - ymmv.”
